A resident of Quebradillas for more than 20 years, married for 24 years, and a father of two. Over the years, I have seen that there is still much to be done to improve the quality of life of our people in Quebradillas. I decided to step forward and be a candidate for the mayoralty of this town because I know Quebradillas can transform and shine.
